Once you place your order, the confirmation email will be send to you within 48 hours.
Our free shipping order which will be converted to the local currency based on your choice.Orders usually ships within 24-48 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be sent to your contact e-mail within the next 48 hours. Your order is usually dispatched within 24-48 hours when your payment is received. We will deliver your order by Parcel Force - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking). Deliveries usually take 3~5 working days to arrive.It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Orders may be delayed or cannot be sent out for the following reasons:
1. Wrong or unspecific address.
2. Order is pending a credit card approval and verification.
3. A product is currently out of stock.
4. An order requires special customization.
5. An order is shipped to a special location.
We need you to provide us a detailed shipping address. Please bear in mind that the address you provide must be the right and detailed one, otherwise, we are not responsible for the failed shipping. All our parcels need a signature after you get your parcel. The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after you get your parcel.

Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Please contact us for return address if you want to send the items back. The return items must contain the following information: name, address, email, order number, telephone, detailed description of the problem.
2. In case the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched models, exchange or refund is 100% guaranteed. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action(by customer herself/himself), and exchange or refund would be rejected.
3. Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition and the item(s) matches the item(s) on our Order Records.
4. All images displayed on our site are digital photos taken by us. Because of conditions of light and background, they might look a little different from what they really do in the real world. This would not be a reason for exchange or refund request.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by e-mail or live chat first for further instructions. We are sorry that shipping charges are not refundable.
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email or live chat firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
Also Should Know
All the products are triple-checked before they are delivered to our customers. Please check the product at the arrival before signing your name on the logistics note. In case it's broken or not your purchase, please reject receiving the product. And please contact us immediately for an exchange.
If the product is returned due to the reason that customer didn't sign for it, further refund request will be deducted shipping fee and 9% of the order total amount as handling fee. Namely, partial refund will be granted for the situation above. Also, re-shipping will charge customer shipping and handling fee.
